Child Safety Standards
1. Our Commitment
Kixi ("KixiMatch", "we", "WLDFLWR LLC", "us", or "our") has a zero-tolerance policy for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM). These Child Safety Standards explain how we prohibit, receive reports of, remove, and escalate CSAE and CSAM on the Kixi mobile application and related services (the "Service").
These standards apply to all users of Kixi and to content shared through the Service, including profiles, photos, messages, and any other user-generated material. They supplement our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.
2. Age Requirement
Kixi is an adults-only dating and social matchmaking app. You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account or use the Service. We do not knowingly allow anyone under 18 to use Kixi.
If we learn that an account belongs to a person under 18, we will terminate the account and delete associated personal information as required by our Privacy Policy and applicable law. Users who create accounts for minors, misrepresent their age, or attempt to involve minors in the Service will have their accounts permanently banned and may be reported to law enforcement.
3. Prohibited Conduct — CSAE and CSAM
The following are strictly prohibited on Kixi. Violations will result in immediate removal of content, permanent account termination, and, where appropriate, reporting to authorities:
- Creating, uploading, sharing, requesting, or possessing child sexual abuse material (CSAM), including any visual depiction (photos, videos, or computer-generated imagery) of a minor engaged in sexually explicit conduct.
- Child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) of any kind, including grooming a child for sexual exploitation, sextortion of a child, trafficking of a child for sex, or otherwise sexually exploiting or endangering a child.
- Soliciting sexual content or contact involving anyone under 18.
- Sharing personal information of a minor for the purpose of exploitation or abuse.
- Attempting to use Kixi to contact, groom, or meet minors.
- Sharing links or directing users to CSAM or CSAE content hosted elsewhere.
- Any other content or behavior that sexually exploits, abuses, or endangers children.
We define "child" and "minor" as any person under 18 years of age, regardless of the age of consent in any particular jurisdiction.
4. How to Report CSAE or CSAM
If you encounter content or behavior on Kixi that may involve CSAE or CSAM, report it to us immediately. Do not download, forward, or further distribute suspected CSAM.
Report to Kixi:
- Email our child safety contact at info@kiximatch.com with the subject line "Child Safety Report" (or "CSAE" / "CSAM").
- Include, where possible: the username or profile involved, date and approximate time, a description of what you saw, and any relevant date or chat context. Do not attach suspected CSAM files to your email.
You may also:
- Block the user in the app to stop further contact through Kixi's normal flows.
- Contact local law enforcement if anyone is in immediate danger.
- In the United States, report CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) CyberTipline at https://report.cybertip.org.
- Outside the United States, report to your country's equivalent child-protection or law-enforcement authority.
Blocking a user does not by itself constitute a report. Please email us so we can investigate and take action.
5. How We Address CSAM and CSAE Reports
When we obtain actual knowledge of CSAM or CSAE on the Service, we take appropriate action in accordance with these standards and applicable law, which may include:
- Promptly removing the content from the Service.
- Suspending or permanently terminating the responsible account(s).
- Preserving relevant records as required for legal process and reporting obligations.
- Reporting confirmed CSAM to NCMEC (or the relevant regional authority) as required by law.
- Cooperating with law enforcement investigations upon valid legal request.
We review reports as quickly as practicable. Reports involving imminent harm to a child are prioritized. We may take interim action (such as suspending an account) while an investigation is pending.
6. Compliance with Child Safety Laws
WLDFLWR LLC operates Kixi in compliance with applicable child safety laws and regulations, including obligations to report confirmed CSAM to NCMEC or the relevant regional authority, and to respond to lawful requests from law enforcement.
We maintain these published standards so that users, partners, and platforms (including Google Play and the Apple App Store) can understand our policies against CSAE and CSAM.
